From our quality manager's desk: Over 16 years, we have tested over 4,200 batches of spunlace nonwoven fabric. We track every batch — hydroentanglement pressure, fiber opening degree, tensile strength (MD/CD), absorption rate, and GSM tolerance. Most competitors only check the final roll; we test at three stages: fiber opening, web forming, and finished product. This three-stage QC is why our defect rate stays below 0.3%, vs industry average 2%.
Our factory runs 11 spunlace production lines with a combined capacity of 70,000 tons per year. We serve 500+ buyers across 50 countries. Every container shipment includes a 1-page batch quality report — free of charge.
