Our baby flushable wipes material is a 100% plant‑fiber spunlace nonwoven engineered for flushable baby wipes, moist toilet tissue, and sensitive skin hygiene products. Manufactured via binder‑free hydroentanglement using short natural fibers (wood pulp, viscose, lyocell), it provides excellent softness, high absorbency, and rapid water dispersibility. The plain or embossed pattern offers either a smooth, streak‑free surface or gentle texture for effective cleaning.
With a basis weight of 50–100 gsm and a maximum width of 320 cm, this material is ideal for high‑speed converting lines. It contains no synthetic fibers (no PET, no PP) and no chemical binders, ensuring it is hypoallergenic, fully biodegradable, and safe for sewer systems.
Our flushable substrate complies with the EDANA/INDA 4th Edition Guidelines for Flushable Products (GD4) – the industry benchmark for flushability. It passes all seven tests: toilet & drainline clearance, slosh box dispersion (≥60% through 12.5mm sieve within 60 minutes), pump compatibility, and aerobic/anaerobic biodegradation.
