Using binder‑free hydroentanglement with natural fibers (wood pulp, viscose, lyocell), it offers excellent softness, high absorbency, and rapid dispersion in water. The plain or embossed pattern provides either a smooth finish or gentle texture for effective cleaning.
With a basis weight of 50–100 gsm and a maximum width of 320 cm, this substrate is ideal for high‑speed converting lines. It contains no synthetic fibers (no PET, no PP) and no chemical binders, ensuring it is hypoallergenic, fully biodegradable, and safe for sewer systems.
Our flushable nonwoven complies with the EDANA/INDA 4th Edition Guidelines (GD4) – the industry gold standard for flushability.
