Hydroentanglement cloud moulding process
Through the high-pressure water needle interlacing puncture technology, unique cloud-like three-dimensional pattern is formed (plain/embossed optional), which gives the material a super soft touch and excellent wet strength while maintaining a gram weight of 50-100gsm.
Intelligent degradation system
Plant fibres are treated with a special enzyme, which breaks the molecular chain directionally in contact with water, and is verified by EDANA GD4 dispersion test to ensure complete decomposition in sewage treatment system, avoiding the risk of pipe clogging.
Closed-loop environmental protection in the whole process
From raw material cultivation to finished product production, the carbon footprint of the whole process is reduced by 40%, and the white substrate supports the customisation of environmentally friendly dyes, which naturally degrades to carbon dioxide and water in 180 days after disposal, thus truly realising the circular economy of ‘from nature to nature’.
