Manufactured via binder‑free hydroentanglement using natural short fibers (wood pulp, viscose, lyocell), it delivers exceptional softness, high absorbency, and rapid water dispersibility. The plain or embossed pattern provides either a smooth finish or gentle texture for effective cleaning.
With a basis weight of 50–100 gsm and a maximum width of 320 cm, this substrate is ideal for converting into pocket‑size wipes. It contains no synthetic fibers (no PET, no PP) and no chemical binders, ensuring it is hypoallergenic, fully biodegradable, and safe for sewer systems.
Our flushable nonwoven complies with the EDANA/INDA 4th Edition Guidelines (GD4) – the industry benchmark for flushability. It passes all seven tests including slosh box dispersion (≥60% through 12.5mm sieve within 60 minutes), toilet clearance, pump compatibility, and aerobic/anaerobic biodegradation.
