Our flushable face wipe base material is a 100% plant‑fiber spunlace nonwoven designed for flushable facial wipes, makeup remover wipes, and personal care cleansing wipes. Manufactured via binder‑free hydroentanglement using natural short fibers (wood pulp, viscose, lyocell), it delivers ultra‑softness, high absorbency, and rapid water dispersion – ideal for gentle face cleansing. Available in plain or embossed patterns – smooth for delicate skin or textured for mild exfoliation.

With a basis weight of 50–100 gsm and a maximum width of 320 cm, this substrate is optimized for high‑speed converting into finished facial wipes. Contains no synthetic fibers (no PET, no PP) and no chemical binders – fully biodegradable, hypoallergenic, and sewer‑safe.

EDANA GD4 Certification

Complies with EDANA/INDA 4th Edition Guidelines (GD4) – the global flushability benchmark. Passes all seven tests including slosh box dispersion (≥60% through 12.5mm sieve within 60 minutes), toilet clearance, pump compatibility, and aerobic/anaerobic biodegradation.
