Our flushable tissue fabric is a 100% plant‑fiber spunlace nonwoven designed for flushable toilet tissue, moist wipes, and personal hygiene products. Made via binder‑free hydroentanglement using natural short fibers (wood pulp, viscose, lyocell), it offers softness, high absorbency, and rapid water dispersion. Available in plain or embossed patterns – smooth for gentle cleansing or textured for extra cleaning power.

With a basis weight of 50–100 gsm and a maximum width of 320 cm, this substrate is ideal for high‑speed converting. Contains no synthetic fibers (no PET, no PP) and no chemical binders – fully biodegradable, hypoallergenic, and sewer‑safe.

EDANA GD4 Certification

Complies with EDANA/INDA 4th Edition Guidelines (GD4) – the global flushability benchmark. Passes all seven tests including slosh box dispersion (≥60% through 12.5mm sieve within 60 minutes), toilet clearance, pump compatibility, and aerobic/anaerobic biodegradation. Guarantees true flushability, preventing pipe blockages and microplastic pollution – essential for EU & US markets.
