Soonerclean® High Quality Nonwoven is specially researched and developed for industrial cleaning scenarios. It is made of imported wood pulp from Canada and brand new polypropylene (PP) fibres through the exclusive two-step spunlace composite process. It combines the liquid-absorbent properties of natural fibres with the mechanical strength of spunbond layers to meet the demanding needs of cleaning materials in medical, manufacturing and equipment maintenance sectors.
Technical highlights and performance
Two-component composite structure:
Surface layer: Canadian long-fibre wood pulp, forming a dense mesh and absorbing up to 8 times its own weight in liquid (compatible with aqueous and oily liquids).
Bottom layer: High-weight spunbond layer (50-80g/㎡), tear strength ≥ 30N/5cm, no fibre shedding by repeated wiping.
Environmental protection and safety:
No chemical solvents added in the whole process, zero irritation in contact with the skin.
Low dust residue (<0.3%), to avoid cleaning secondary pollution.
Lightweight design:
Grammage range of 40-100g/㎡, optimised for light cleaning tasks (such as precision instrument dusting, equipment surface oil stain treatment).
